Temperature collection type
The temperature correction type is a stand-alone type with a temperature collection function added.
To avoid the influence of the temperature difference between the shaft and the sensing element, a temperature sensor is installed on the dummy thrust sensor diaphragm and the shaft surface, and the data is corrected by a function of the temperature difference set in advance by measuring the temperature difference between the two versus the sensor frequency.
